Silk Screening
Our in-house silk screening provides customers with a one-stop shopping solution. We have the unique capability to screen print on bare and plated steel alloys as well as plastic, glass, vinyl, painted, powder coated, textured, contoured, and curved surfaces. Powder Coating
We carry a large variety of stock colors, as well as materials from all manufacturers. Transient Wrinkles Textures All Colors Specialty Orders We consistently produce quality finishes on castings and other problem substrates. We also are able to fill & sand voids for items that get powder coated for a class A finish.

Preparation: Meticulous in the Details!
It is our belief that the preparation for painting and powder coating is of utmost importance. Our finishing process includes: our in-house phosphate cleaning system, chemical immersion, hand and/or mechanical sanding, sandblasting, and of course detailed masking to your requirements. Our cleaning system meets the requirements of TT-C-490, and passes salt spray tests of over 1000 hours using Cardinal powder coatings and various mil-spec coating manufacturers paints.

Most products that are fabricated are also painted… either with powder coatings or spray paint… and then finished with silk screening to add logos, instructions, technical elements, etc. We can provide one-stop for all your finishing needs. Our runs vary in size from custom and prototype to large quantity production runs. We provide quick turnaround and competitive lead times on all projects.
