Located in Pacoima, California, Color-Tec has been providing high-quality industrial finishing services since 1978. We are committed to customer satisfaction and we produce both small and high-volume jobs for a broad range of industries including aerospace, medical, electronics and industrial markets.
President
Mike Cabral
Mike Cabral began working with Color-Tec Industrial Finishing in 1986 in production control, and then started learning all aspects of the finishing industry from the ground up. As he gained knowledge and experience, Mike took over as Manager, running the day to day business, allowing the owner to eventually retire. Mike and his wife purchased Color-Tec in 2004, and Mike has continued working as President; focusing on quoting, approvals, certifications and corporate management.
Manager
Dennis Rice
Dennis Rice was hired in 1994 to help Mike with production and shipping activities at Color-Tec, gaining finishing knowledge in addition to his previous experience in shipping and silk screen printing. As Mike took on the overall management of the corporation, Dennis’ responsibilities increased, allowing him to take over the day-to-day operations as Manager, which he continues today.
